Cardella Construction Company is looking for a passionate, hard-working, energetic, and highly motivated Superintendent to join our growing team.
What you'll be up to:
- Oversee the interior finishes, MEP trades, and close out of a project located in Pompano Beach, FL
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate the plan with the project team, both internally and externally
- Help manage subcontractors and vendors
- Assist Senior Superintendent to oversee construction site organization
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of working experience in construction industry
- Working knowledge of Procore is required
- Ability to read construction documents
- Hard-working, motivated and passionate individual
